Meet the Team

Jasmine is the owner of STYLEK9 and lead trainer who has worked in the dog training industry for 5+ years and her dogs are always around to help showcase her training.


  • Founder

    I have always had a passion and love for dogs, I grew up with golden retrievers my whole life as my mom was a breeder and dog groomer. I was always helping out with both raising puppies and grooming duties. As soon as I was old enough my career in the dog industry began, I started in a structured doggy daycare learning dog behaviour, body language and how to communicate with dogs not only 1 on 1 but in a pack setting too.

    I then completed a dog training apprenticeship with many hours of hands on experience with lots of different breeds, temperaments and individual needs. Continuing to work under the training company learning all aspects of pet training, anxiety and fear, aggression, sport training and more.

    So excited for this journey and can't wait to be able to help more owners feel successful and live a happy life training with their four legged friends!


  • Jasmine's Dogs

    Kaine

    Kaine is a 7 year old Cane Corso who inspired Jasmine to learn more about dog training when she realized her basic dog knowledge was not enough to train him, Jasmine started doing lots of research and watching thousands of videos then landed on balanced dog training and that worked wonders for Kaine. That led Jasmine to realize not only working around dogs but training is what she wanted to do with her career.

    ALITA

    Alita is a 4-year-old Belgian Malinois who actively trains and competes in the sport of IGP. Jasmine and Alita began their journey by earning their BH title when Alita was just 16 months old and have since progressed all the way to achieving their IGP3 title, the highest level in the sport.

    CHIMERA

    Chimera is a 1-year-old Belgian Malinois and the newest addition to the pack. She has begun her journey in the sport of IGP and is showing great potential. Jasmine is working toward earning Chimera’s BH title this year and looks forward to continuing to develop her skills and seeing where their journey together leads.

    Outside of training and competition, both Alita and Chimera are well-balanced family companions who enjoy everyday life as beloved pets.
